I can confirm that the item you purchased includes a sucker tool to help with bulb insertion and removal. If a customer feels there is an issue with their item, no matter the age of purchase, we are happy for the item to be returned for free inspection and report. Our customer support team will email details to you to return for inspection if you do feel there is an inherent problem, as we can see no bulbs purchased with your order; therefore, we presume they are not BHS bulbs. If you do decide to return, please include the bulbs used so we can assess the problem fully. Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
