In addition, we’re very sorry that two of the hotels did not meet the standard you expected. To hear that one in particular was so poor you would compare it to a Motel 6 is extremely concerning, and not at all the level of comfort or quality we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our Operations Team, and we will be reviewing these hotel selections as a matter of priority.
