We pride ourselves on customer service and I am dismayed that you believe you've heard nothing about your other claims.
Letters are sent out at each stage of the claim, explaining what has happened and what the next steps are along with our contact details should you wish for a more in depth update.
One of the team will be in touch tomorrow to give you a full update.
As you can appreciate, we cannot ring every single client for every account that is updated as we do far too many claims in a day to even consider that. We do understand the importance of keeping client's up to date, hence the correspondence system.
