Awful company to deal with. Take your money and then do not deliver it. Luckily I paid by credit card. I claimed the money back through my bank.

This ladder is amazing, it’s so sturdy, has big treads and easy to use. Tradesmen are impressed with it. It’s not far off Normal stairs, highly recommend.
