Great product and great company. When I received the ladder, one screw to attach the wall blocks was defective. I emailed BPS and a replacement was sent immediately - excellent customer service.

great ladders, great customer service! There was a slight delay in delivery but I didn't mind because of the good communication via email and the amazing value compared to other retailers.

Product seems OK. Service dreadful. Promised next day delivery but not met. Site brags about being better than all other suppliers but in reality are no better.
