I received exactly the scaffolding tower I wanted and ordered. There was a bank holiday but it still arrived quickly.

Unfortunately I had to return my ladders as they were too heavy for me. Customer service was excellent and I wasn't charged that much for returning them.

Great initial service and good communication from BPS but let down by the carrier company, which needs improving. Would rather pay for guaranteed delivery than kept waiting days after the initial...
