Easy to set up and simple. Ordered over the phone and no pushy sales tactics

Frustrating trying to organise online as the order repeatedly told me I had not previously had cover which I had.

The staff are very efficient, answer all my questions and assured me that the policy was the correct one for myself.

I have asked them a very specific question linked to the only reason why I was buying the insurance. They answered wrongly so after I bought it I realized the reason why I bought was not covered but...

Very easy to arrange online. There were a number of different levels of cover to chose from. Just had to enter the reg no and current mileage to get the quotes. The quotes provided look good value...

It is to be hoped that the warranty will prove unnecessary. It only has four stars because it is expensive, some would say overpriced, and because there is a compulsory £100 excess. I have had BMW...
