Hi Thank you for your feedback, although I am sorry to hear you did not feel you had the best experience with our company. During busy periods dispatch can take up to 2 working days, this is reflected on our website and I am sorry if this information was relayed incorrectly to you over the phone. In regards to your order, we always fulfil the order based upon what the customer has purchased. However, should an item be out of stock or unavailable customers will be contacted and asked if they would like to order something else or have a refund. Our customer service advisers are knowledgeable about all our products and would have offered a swap based on the information provided over the phone and recommended a suitable alternative should a customers first choice not have been available. I am sorry if the alternative did not meet your expectations however, all our returns and refund policies abide by consumer contractI would like to take this opportunity to apologise on behalf of Bluefin for not meeting your expectations on this occasion, but please do not hesitate to contact us again in the future should you have any further questions Kind Regards Lucy

In response to your comments, all our boards are quality and safety checked and if used and stored correctly should last a number of years. Should you have had any technical queries or warranty claims then our support team are available over email to answer any questions or offer any technical support and respond to all enquiries in under 24 hours.
