Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. Having reviewed the correspondence, it appears there may be an issue with our replies reaching your inbox. We responded to your initial email on 29th May and also replied to your follow-up email on the same day it was received. Unfortunately, it seems those messages may not have been delivered successfully. To help resolve the issue, I’ve now sent the information again in a new email thread and hope this reaches you without any problems.
