Great insurance product easy to understand finer detail

Phoned with a number of questions some of which were probably quite 'silly' but they were all answered so confident in the insurance product bought

We always try to provide excess-free replacements for claims. In the unlikely event that this isn't possible, there is a 10% excess. Apologies if this caused any confusion.
