So sorry there was an issue with the delivery. we use a specialist courier who are excellent and our breakage rate is negligible, however, during peak periods the odd case can go astray. I think in this case we delivered two but one went missing and we replaced it. Sorry you had the inconvenience of having to sort it out but glad your friends enjoyed their beer Regards Gill

Many thanks for your feedback. I've had a look at your order and I can see it was a few days later than we would normally like. Our Christmas period was much much busier than anticipated. Our normal process is to ship within 48 hours of order and all orders are sent on an overnight service. I'm sorry we didn't meet this on this occasion and do hope you will give us another chance.
