Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Customers have asked us to try to get the drivers to put a card through the door if they haven't actually been handed the beer. Just incase it has been put somewhere out of sight. Apologies that you needed to go to the depot. If you order again and you're not at home,just give them a call and they will redeliver to avoid you having to go there thanks again

The couriers we use are a specialist wine courier and we do ask them, if it is safe to do so, to leave somewhere to avoid you having to get in touch with them to redeliver. They tend to know their areas quite well and know where they can and can't leave them. I will give them this feedback though and ask them to put a card through in future I do hope you enjoyed the beer though! thanks Gill
