Many thanks for taking the time to respond. The system sends email confirmations on the order and despatch, however, it seems many email providers such as google and hotmail have upped their spam settings and are blocking emails they think you won't recognise. They often don't even make it to the trash folder. we're working on a solution now thanks again Gill

Thanks for taking the time to respond but you couldn't be further from the truth. We actually subsidise delivery to Northern Ireland so there is definitely no ripping off. We have a lot of respect for our customers and it's just not something we would do. I'm sure some companies who ship a lot to NI maybe get a better deal than us, but I don't think £10 is too excessive considering we are actually charged £12.99 for a premium service. We don't use the cheaper method as it isn't reliable enough for us. thanks again and I hope the beer was enjoyed Gillian
