Thanks for taking the time to respond. I note that you have marked service and product as poor as you haven't received them yet. You have purchased Christmas beer which isn't actually available to ship until the 2nd week in November. We take orders early as it is limited edition, however the brewers are only just starting to bottle and deliver now so it is superfresh for December. Hopefully when you receive them you will feel more positive about the products thanks Gill

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We try and give a range of beer styles every month although the vast majority of people prefer pale/golden beers.
