Delivery driver did not follow instructions, did not leave a card so I had to…

Delivery driver did not follow instructions, did not leave a card so I had to chase up and collect the package myself and no help from Best of British Beer.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've tracked your parcel and delivery was attempted on the day after your order. As there was no one in, the driver left a card offering you the chance to organise a re-delivery or for you to collect from their depot. I presume you were given these details when you phoned the office. I hope the beers will be enjoyed. Many thanks Will

sorry but no card was ever located (first time in 4 years) and driver ignored the hand written delivery instructions on the package with advice on a secure place to leave the package. Without a card and without the courier informing you of a failed delivery it only came to light when I chased up and collected the goods myself. Appreciate Couriers are not within your control however they failed to follow a basic written instruction which resulted in me not receiving the delivery service I paid for.

Thanks for taking the time to get back to us. Some emails do not get through firewalls unless the sender is recognised. Unfortunately gmail is one of these, so if you add us a contact, it should solve that problem. You should have received a confirmation letter with your order highlighting the future delivery dates.I've checked and the next 2 boxes will arrive around the 18th of Feb and 18th Mar. The beer is for my other half Paul and he loves the draught but it isn't often in the pubs by us. Hence the reason he is an avid fan of the bottles and Best of British beers!
