thanks for your feedback. I've tracked both your recent deliveries and it looks like your order on 29th Jan was sent out on 30th and received on 31st Jan. Your other order was placed on the 21st December (the weekend before Xmas) and delivered on Xmas Eve. If you think we've got the details wrong, please let me know and I will look into it. thanks for getting back to us. I've checked the address we were given and there was no specified building, company or unit number to deliver the beer to. I guess the courier will have gone to a main reception area, I'm sorry the recipient didn't get the beer as quickly as you wished. Many thanks Will
