Thanks for taking the time to get back to us about your Dad's subscription. We're delighted he's enjoying the beer and that he looks forward to his delivery. We have thought about increasing our standard box size from a dozen to accommodate the extra 4 bottles we would need to offer a beer a week. Cheers Gill

I'm ever so sorry about this. We have had numerous problems with York Brewery recently. They offered to send out the beer to you on our behalf, so the packaging was all done by the brewery. I know they have had some recent changes, but I understand it does not reflect well on us. Please accept my sincere apologies for this. I'm glad that you are going to enjoy the beer though.
