Hi Peter, Thanks for taking the time to do this and for your time on the phone. As discussed, when you have your fridge set on 3.9 it will cycle between 3.9 - 7.9 and keep your drinks on 5.9. Setting it to zero should fix this. Please let me know if I can help you further. Thanks Monique

Noisy Fridge

Fridges are noisy! These are cheap chinese units with loud compressors. I'd avoid and buy a quality fridge next time. Unit cant get below 6 degrees in a cool environment.

Disappointed that you left us a bad review without even giving us a chance to get it sorted for you. Unfortunately, Australia doesn't manufacture ANY fridges anymore, they are all from China. We invest a lot of time and money to get our range right. Call us back when you are with the fridge and we can see what we can do to help.
