Kitchen arrived with no handels, feet or hinges. 2 weeks later still waiting for feet and hinges.

My confirmation said I would receive correspondence from their customer service team, no email or call. Delivery was not dispatched within 48 hours as suggested on the website. Tried calling 10 times...

Thank you for your kitchen Kit order Thomas. On your attached invoice the estimated despatch date of the order was 12th January 2023, the reason for the longer lead time was because of the breakfast bar panel which is a made to order item on a 10 day lead time as stated on our website. We had stated on the site that last orders for breakfast bar panels to be received before Christmas was 30th November. Kitchen Kit closed for the Christmas holidays at 11.00am on the 16th December until 8.00am Tuesday 3rd January 2023. We apologise for the inconvenience caused & we would like to reassure you that the customer services team work to answer all calls & queries. We will ensure that a member of the team makes contact with you today.
