I understand that it can be frustrating when you cant get through to your local AXA office, however we do not like keeping our customer waiting on the phones for long periods of time. When you call initially you will hold for your local office for a period of time, if all staff in the branch are busy dealing with other customers you will be transferred to one of our other 42 AXA offices.

All of our staff are trained to deal with your queries and have access to the same systems so should be able to help you.

Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards.  The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result. 

At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.
