AXA is a very good company but as their pricing is not particularly competitive, I am becoming concerned about the cost.

When contacted recently when my car insurance was due for renewal, I was a very disappointed that they only reduced the amount by four euro which was not by any means comparable with previous years....

over priced

No 10% discount with other Axa policy's opened through broker. Overpriced due to car being over 15 years too, even though car passes nct ever year.

Great staff but great hikes in prices

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. no issues here. I was annoyed by the huge hike in my insurance as I have been using AXA since 1992 and never had an accident and have full no claims bonus.
