Not good value for the money. Tour was supposed to include boat ride but was cancelled at last minute. the driver drove recklessly.

Dear client, we are sorry to read you did not fully enjoy the tour as you expected. We had two drivers on that day, both very experienced and reliable so we are much surprised by your comments but will investigate in any case. If you could advise which of the two drivers you toured with? This way we can ask also other passengers for comments as well as the driver himself. Please just reply directly to the e-mail we sent to discuss further. Public boats are seasonal - as advertised on our website their schedule depends on the weather and sea conditions and is therefore beyond our control. When boats are not operating transfer between towns will be by train or by minivan as was the case of your tour. We remain at disposal for any further assistance.

Dear client, thank you for your feedback. Lunch, as advertised online, is not included in the tour and is optional - our drivers normally recommend a few places to eat based on their experience and on who is open on your specific tour date. All our drivers are local therefore their recommendation is reliable. It is in no way compulsory to follow driver's suggestion and on the tour you are given free time to explore and have lunch in whichever restaurant you prefer. The tour operates as a small group tour - it's logistically impractical to place reservations for each client individually - the driver makes one reservation under his name as our company's representative. Your implication suggesting our driver-guides are in any way " connected" to the restaurants is unfounded and simply unfair. We cannot know what type of tours you took in the past and what were your experiences with other companies however rest assured we are an honest agency and have been successfully operating on the market since 1999.....

Thank you for your positive feedback about our small group day trip to Pompeii and Amalfi coast from Rome. The tour operates with just 8 people per van therefore it is a very small group. The price may seem higher than if you travel with a big group in a coach however being a small group tour the quality is much better and as you pointed out the tour value makes up for the cost. We are very pleased you had a great time on the tour and we hope to welcome you on our tours again in the future!

Great boat tour in Venice!

Christina was a wonderful guide and loved that she actually grew up in Venice. It was great to see parts of Venice that we would have never seen on our own! Thanks for the great boat ride!

GREAT TRIP TO THE DOLOMITES.

VERY GOOD TOUR WITH ONLY A SMALL GROUP. UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO WAIT FOR OTHER PASSENGERS TO TURN UP WHICH DELAYED OUR DEPARTURE.

Aleksandra

Avventure bellissime srl

Hi, thank you for your comments. We are pleased the tour was a good option and you enjoyed your time in the mountains. At times delays might happen if some passengers are late - as most of them are unfamiliar with Venice we can understand that at times they might be a little bit late however we try not to exceed the waiting time by more than 10/15 min as we understand perfectly this might not be fair towards the customers who were on time.
