Thank you for your 5-star feedback - we are very pleased to read you enjoyed your Italian holiday with our company. We understand you are satisfied with the tour logistics as well as all the guides, drivers and hotels. We will certainly forward your comments to everyone involved with your package and we hope to welcome you to Italy again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback - we are happy to read you are satisfied with the driver-guide and the tour logistics. Driver-guides are not equivalent to a city guide explaining art and history like guides you find in Venice or Rome. We try to include a bit of everything as not all participants have the same expecations. Your duration is approx 9.5 hrs which is usually more than enough for most passengers and extending the trip could be too tiring for many. We understand however that overall you are satisfied with the trip and will certainly forward your comments to our driver-guide.

Thank you for your positive comment about our private tour - if only feasible we are happy to customize the tours to suit your requirements and schedule. We are very pleased the tour was a success and we will certainly forward your comments to the guide. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!

We are sorry to read you are not fully satisfied with the experience. According to our records we had approximately 40 people split evenly between two guides on the walking portion of the tour. It is advertised with 22/25 people per guide therefore the size of your group was not beyond the max limit plus we include the headsets that allow you to hear the guide clearly. At the beginning of the tour we always do the sound check to ensure all radios are working and in case of any issues our technical assistant is there to help you. The guide also carries a spare pair of headsets just in case. Did you notify the guide about any issues with the radios? Were you able to hear the guide clearly at the meeting point? All our guides are English speaking, fully licensed and knowledgeable about Venice. Most of them are of Italian origin so naturally they might not have an American accent however with the headsets you should be able to hear the guide clearly plus the guides usually speak slowly enough so that anyone can understand.

Thank you for your enthusiastic and detailed feedback about your day in the Dolomite mountains - indeed less than 2 hrs drive away from Venice it's a great escape from the busy Venice alleys in peak season and the scenery is truly magnificent. We are very pleased to read it was a great experience for you and if you ever visit Italy again we hope you will be able to see the stunning mountains again!

Thank you for the 4-star rating, we are very pleased to read the tour was informative and the scenery - beautiful. Given the distance between Rome and the coast the tour duration is approx 12-13 hrs so it's a full day trip.
