Thank you for your positive feedback - the views are indeed spectacular and together with the Amalfi coast and the Cinque Terre tours this trip is our most picturesque day tour. Our driver-guides are experts on the area and know the best stops for great pics. We provide detailed instructions on our vouchers as well as when you reconfirm the tour with us. The driver has a sign with the tour name on it and our company's logo. Venice is a bit particular and cars cannot access all spots the same as in a regular city. We selected the meeting point based on best possible location that our vehicles can access. We understand however that overall it was a great trip for you.

Thank you for your positive feedback. Sometimes customers for some reason arrive to the wrong spot even though we provide very detailed instructions on our vouchers.
