Thank you for the 5-star review!

Thank you for the 5-star feedback about our small group tours in Rome. Indeed in peak season the skip the line option is a must as there are many tourists traveling and attractions are often very busy. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your detailed feedback and attached pics of the Basilica and Doges Palace. We are happy to read the tours were engaging and met your expectations. September and October are peak season in the Art cities like Venice therefore most tours will be slow paced due to crowds at the attractions. As you also point out there are also other participants in the group who might not be able to walk fast so the guide must try to balance the tour pace to allow everyone to follow. Overall we understand you are satisfied with the tours and we hope to welcome you on our trips again in the future. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you so much for your comments - we are very pleased the tour met your expectations and you enjoyed exploring Tuscany as well as Tuscan cuisine on our tour. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback - we are very happy you are satisfied with the walking tours of the Doges Palace and highlights of Venice. We are sorry the boat tour did not meet your full approval - can you recall the guide's name by any chance?

Thank you for your feedback. As you traveled in peak season we must follow the rules of the church authorities - time inside the church is limited to max 10 min due to crowds of tourists. We understand however that overall you are satisfied with the three tour portions. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback. Our tour operates with max 8/9 people per boat so that there is enough space for everyone. Accessibilty of the Grand Canal is limited and only selected type of boats are allowed to pass. Our boats are equipped with mikes and usually there are no issues with the sound. Should that occur you can always ask the guide for assistance. We have considered headsets however with the mikes it's more practical especially in peak season when we have many boats departing and this also allows us to offer a better rate for tour however we appreciate your suggestions. We understand that overall you are satisfied with the experience and you enjoyed exploring Venice from a different perspective.
