Thank you so much for your detailed comments about your vacation package with our company. We are so pleased all went smoothly and you loved your stress - free Italian holiday. We will certainly forward your comments to our drivers, local guides and office personnel. Regarding the few less satisfactory issues a gondola ride does not operate with any commentary - it's just a ride, the gondoliers are not tour guides so it's optional if they are going to say anything or just steer the gondola. Our boat tour operates with max 8/9 people - we ask our guides to inform all passengers to be cooperative and allow others to access the front and back of the boat - if people are willing or not is another question and not something we can control. Did you notify your guide other passengers were not cooperative and refused to switch? We understand that despite that you are overall satisfied with the experience and also our assistance during the booking process. Thank you again for booking with us!

Thank you for providing your feedback. The tour has to depart very punctually as the boats are at our disposal only for a specific time frame so we ask our customers to arrive early to ensure they are all there when the tour starts. Is the 10 min you mention past the departure time of the tour or after the arrival 15 min in advance time ( in which case the guide was actually on time)? We have no records of delay on the tour that day so we would appreciate further feedback in order to investigate further also with other passengers from whom we received no notification of any tardiness. If indeed the tour left delayed we will of course take responsibilty for it. We remain at disposal
