We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we fully understand how difficult this situation must have been. However, we are unable to find any communication regarding the cancellation request mentioned above. We would also like to clarify that, as much as we sympathise with the situation and always want to help, our ticket amendment and refund policy—outlined at the time of purchase—states that tickets can only be cancelled more than 72 hours before the selected date, in line with Disneyland’s terms. Unfortunately, regardless of the reason, Disneyland does not provide refunds to us for tickets once they have been issued. We appreciate your understanding. Attraction Tickets Team
