With regards to your transfers, it seems that there was a bit of miscommunication. On June 20, we had arranged three transfers for a group of 30 people to transfer from Palermo airport to Capo Di Orlando. The participants were arriving on different flights and times. From the group, 4 people were delayed and missed their already pre-arranged transfer that included more participants who arrived on-time. Those four people had to be re-scheduled on a later pre-arranged transfer but we had to find a larger vehicle to accommodate 16 people instead of 12 people. Because this was very last minute it was difficult to find a larger vehicle and because of the missed already pre-arranged transfer those four people had to pay for the price difference of the larger vehicle. When last-minute changes happen it’s sometimes difficult to find the appropriate vehicles and sometimes miscommunications can happen. We apologize for this. After several phone calls, we were able to deliver and to ensure everyone was safely transported to their destination.
