First time I've gone through a recruiter and it was really easy. Moved quickly and sorted the interviews as and when they were needed.

Room for improvement
I have given 3 stars as although Bella & Debbie were very helpful and professional, i feel the 2nd interview was a let down in terms off how it was set up in a informal environment which didn't work...

Firstly, we are sorry to hear you feel this way but we appreciate your comments, as they enable us to make improvements to our service.
On this occasion, after speaking with the consultants concerned, it appears that we had a number of difficulties in arranging your interview with the end client. I understand that the first interview was cancelled by the client and subsequent attempts to re-arrange the interview were curtailed by availability on both sides and also challenges in getting in touch with you around your current position.
We hope that this experience will not deter you from engaging with ARM again.

I was promised a feedback after an interview, never got a word back.
The service was going well up until I was supposed to receive feedback from the job that I was not successful with at the interview stage. I guess lack of follow up commitment.

Hi Mohamed, unfortunately, we were only able to provide brief feedback given from the client. Of course, we want to provide detailed feedback from every interview a candidate attends, however some hiring managers are not so forthcoming. This is something we are still chasing up and will provide once received.

Fair enough. It would be great to highlight that to the candidate if no update was received from the client within a week.
