Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I am so sorry for the frustration and confusion you experienced during your recent purchases. I would love to clarify how our system works so you can get the full value of your loyalty points. When you redeem your points for a savings coupon, our system generates a unique voucher code. To apply the discount to your order, that specific code just needs to be entered into the "Promo Code" box at checkout. Looking back at your account history over the last four years, there have been five codes which were generated but weren't entered during checkout, which is why the discounts didn't apply. We would've been happy to explainthis and help you get those codes if you would've reached out, but we never got a call or email when they didn't work, so we never had the chance. In the future please reach out to us directly if you have any questions or aren't sure about something and we would be happy to help. With that being said we understand how frustrating it could be to feel like you've missed out on savings, and as a courtesy we would be happy to retroactively apply all of those discounts to your recent order, and refund the difference to you ($30 total).
