Typically our operators take calls within our in-house scripting system, but we did create a custom solution for you where our operators take messages through your web form instead. Upon further review, we found that your form is not set up to efficiently capture additional message details as described. An email with suggested changes to improve this has been sent out to you, and we are confident the matter can be quickly and easily resolved.
