Hi Alejandra, I apologise for not being able to fulfil your order sooner. I can confirm your refund has been processed. There is a shortage of Kylo helmets, mainly in the Medium size due to the high demand. Both Charles Owen and retailers are trying to build up stock to reduce delivery times. I did have to return the boot through no fault of its own I have a very wide foot with bunions. Customer service made it very simple they said just put them back in the box and mail them back...
