Easy and informative
It was very easy to use and understand online. Quick to find what I was looking for and would use online again and would recommend. Also very informative as regards to COVID restrictions.

Quick and easy
If you have you optional travel dates and know which accommodation you require on line booking is easy. One criticism is you have to wait till nearer time to. Book meals and activities then no matter...

Easy enough, need to speak to a human though
Very straightforward to book, the only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is because we have dietary requirements and are not able to speak to a human about it. The FAQ doesn’t help!
