I made a booking and then unfortunately had to change it within hours, from them Coca Cola suite’ to a tree house to accommodate an extra family member.

Bring in Airline Ticketing
Not enough insight on future booking availability - if going to restrict it you should bring in Airline style booking to give a sense of availability.
