Thanks for the feedback. Apologies for the delay in delivery. We do ask all new account customers to complete a set-up form to allow us to credit check and create accounts correctly. It is such a shame that it took 2 weeks for us to receive your company's pro-forma payment as we don't process pro-forma orders without payment, which we explained at the beginning. It did delay the order delivery date, but we did also give your colleague to cancel in your absence. We are, however, about to launch our new website where you can Buy Online with a credit card payments to speed up the process.
