It wasn’t, though. We were out on that Saturday and you’re using a courier that doesn’t give a delivery window so there was no way of knowing when to be in. There was no note saying it had been left anywhere and it never arrived at the delivery address.

Hi Charlie,
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries except where the order exceeds 2kg, then it is sent by a courier, at the moment we use DPD. Your order was sent via Royal Mail. I can only assume that Royal Mail has delivered the order to the wrong address, maybe a neighbour. We will re-send the order to you. I will send an email to you to confirm your delivery address.
I apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for your order not being delivered to you.
