It's disappointing to hear your experience of our meat wasn't as expected . We certainly don't use any old milking cows for our beef and if you are ever in the Bury area I'm more than happy to show you the matured beef we have in our chiller ready for cutting to prove this. I think you must be confusing us with another online butcher you've used as we don't and never have sent any meat out frozen to any customers. Chris Matthews
