Wow! What a store! Had a great experience there. The staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy. I spent two hours trying ukuleles and a vocal effect pedal. Really happy with the service and...

Fantastic service, very helpful staff and super fast delivery! What more can I say? I would defo be buying from them again!

Prompt and helpful, even carried the amp out to my car :-)

Absolute Bournemouth/Poole is a great shop in a music retail world with very few big stores left. It’s quite a drive for me but one I’m happy to make given the stock, expertise, and service.

I had to return the guitar I bought from them, but Absolute Music were brilliant about it, didn't quibble at all, and processed the return in 24 hours from receipt to refund.

I received excellent advice and support from Tim in Sales, RIngwood Road, Poole Store. I am a long time user of this Store and have always had a first rate service.

Very good and hassle free.
