I do understand your concern. We have used many different carriers over the years and experienced a wide vary in costs and level of service. We now send our hampers by UPS on a next day service and their performance through the busiest time of the year (christmas) is excellent. It is important to us and especially to our customers that our hampers are delivered on time and in good condition and we have used cheaper carriers in the past and have been dissapointed. Please also note that we do not make any profit on the carriage costs. I am please that you thought our product was of good quality and that it was delivered on time.

Please accept my apologies for this lack of customer services. We do endevour to contact customers as soon as possible to sort out any problems that occur during delivery. Unfortunatly this did not happen on this occasion and we are always striving to improve our customer services to elimiate these customer experiences which are I am happy to say are very few. I trust that the recipient was allowed to keep both hampers so that they had double the enjoyment!

As we have just opened our account with Feefo yesterday I sat down with our MD and went through the feedback. We have investigated why we did not respond to your initial attempts to contact us. Unfortunately the emails were going into our spam account. This issue was discovered and rectified in January and we are confident that this issue will not arise again.
