Delivery slot was detailed and driver on time. It fell (typically!) during the school-run, but i explained the situation before hand and there was no problem at all. Driver kindly waited for 5 mins...

Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry to hear of the issue when lifting the bed. We always try to recommend assembling the bed in the spot where you wish to keep the bed, however, we acknowledge that this may not always be possible due to space restrictions.
