Customer service is very good. The products are good quality (the ones I've had so far at least: mugs and posters). The website could do with some tweaks and improvements from the artwork...

Sorry to hear this. we have taken on board your comments regarding postage and reduced card postage costs by 63%. The card is a high quality printed card but we do keep the rest of the card plain to highlight the amazing artists artwork we have on offer!
