There was not sufficient postage affixed to the envelope; thus I had to pay the post office an extra £1.50 out of my own pocket.

Really sorry to hear this. Postage label would have been applied to your envelope but has somehow become detached. We have refunded the order completely to cover the additional expense and despatched a reprinted A5 card to rectify this issue. Apologies again for your experience on this occasion which is certainly not the norm.
