Hi there, I have checked your order and you ordered a Personalised Photo Skin which is exactly what we produced for you. The page you ordered from quite clearly shows it is a vinyl skin with close up photos with fully applied and half applied so that you can see the skin adheres to the phone. These are premium high quality skins not stickers. A skin is very different to a case which you can also see in the 'Cases' section. We do not misrepresent items and do our best to show exactly what the item is with lots of photos and clear descriptions. We will happily reproduce your order as a case if that is what you would like.
