I have double checked your order and it was placed late at night and the print was despatched the very next day. If you needed the item to arrive faster than there is the option up upgrade to first class post or even courier where we offer next day delivery by 1030 or 12 noon. Sorry to hear you thought the product was not as as expected. I have examined your image and while the size of the image was fine then the focus was not great at all and it was taken in the rain on a mobile so your image was not great quality in terms of focus. Whilst we use state of the art printing technology to produce photography prints for galleries and professional photographers, I am afraid printing technology cant improve out of focus imagery. With regard to framing then your image was produced exactly to the size ordered so I am not sure if you ordered the wrong size? Either way, if you would like to send over a better quality image and check the size then we would be happy to reproduce this free of charge. We also have a framing service if that helps as well! Great quality product and the delivery was much quicker than suggested. The price was reasonable when compared to other similar sites.
