Terrible. A stupid email talking about velvet lining the package and marching to cheering crowds to the post office. Pity it wasn’t clear that standard delivery meant Post Office second class....

We are sorry you were disappointed with the speed of service. We do offer faster delivery services but the second class post which was clearly stated on your order has been affected by the ongoing Royal Mail strikes. The courier service we offer is not affected by the strikes.

All our frames come with acrylic framing glass which all online framers use as actual glass would never make it through the postal system intact.

I am sorry the item was slightly delayed due the Royal Mail strikes but I can see it has been delivered. Also we did not receive any correspondence from you initially as I think you sent your initial correspondence to the wrong email address. We always get back quickly to communications to our customer service desk.
