Items got delivered after 7 days although zippi claimed they dispatched the item using First class postage.

We are sorry to hear this. Due to Royal Mail strikes we are finding that items are taking longer to get through hence the delay. We have a lot of messaging about this in the basket that if you do choose Royal Mail instead of courier delivery then it is likely to take longer.

Second time I’ve used Zippi, fantastic prompt service, great colour reproduction, just as described. Will definitely order again.
I am a first time customer and I highly recommend to use this online photo service as the quality of the photos are excellent. Delivery came nice and early which I was happy the price is reasonable.
