Well we ordered it at the start of DEcember and the delivery date ranged nearly two full weeks which is not what I would expect and also we still havent received the package yet.

Our printing system is automated so we print as positioned by you. If we spot something we would contact you but at the period of the year - Christmas - this is not always possible. After reviewing your order it is not immediately obvious that you had positioned anything incorrectly. You can always check with us if you have any concerns when you place an order as we are always happy to provide reassurance.
