Service was good, paid for next day delivery and it arrived on time. The product wasn't of the quality I expected and I was actually really disappointed with it.

A photo wouldn't show anything. From the photos you display on your website, it is very hard to notice firstly, the two tone colours of the wood. In reality it looks poor. Secondly the feel and quality of the wood and the pen itself is poor. Not what I expected
You Name It went the extra mile to resolve a problem with my order and have it arrive in time for a special occasion. They responded very quickly and courteously.
Fantastic service, I needed to make a slight change to the engraving, i emailed in the evening, got a response back the next morning confirming my changes. The item came a couple of days later.
