Speedy service and personalisation detail correct but had been expecting multi colour & not single item colour. Web booking tool was not clear so may have been an oversight from order entry point.
They didnt acknowledge my email after they asked what i want on the other flask which is a bit disappointing but the flasks are well made and look good
