Very nice little box, good wood, sturdy and nice grain.
It took 2 weeks to arrive (so missed our anniversary) and when it did I had to pay an extra £3 top the PO on top of an initial £5 postage.

We are very sorry that this occurred, you were very unlucky as most of our items arrive the next day. We have been in contact with Royal Mail and are looking into what happened. We have processed your refund for the extra postage that you were required to pay. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience and apologise that the item didn't arrive in time for your anniversary.
Great original product - Very quick turnaround from ordering to receiving the item.
Should have been wrapped better, as arrived with one point protruding from envelope (no damage).
Product arrived damaged, emailed them and within 2 days a replacement was sent out to me. Wonderful experience! Personal customer service as well. Definitely will order again
The product was probably damaged in transit but they listened and responded swiftly by supplying another example of what we ordered. So, yes, we'd use them again. Good service!
